The fast food industry in India has evolved with the changing lifestyles of the young Indian population. The sheer variety of gastronomic preferences across the regions, hereditary or acquired, has brought about different modules across the country. 
Many of the traditional dishes have been adapted to suit the emerging fast food outlets. The basic adaptation is to decrease the processing and serving time. For example, the typical meal which called for being served by an ever alert attendant is now offered as a Mini-Meal across the counter. In its traditional version, a plate or a banana leaf was first laid down on the floor or table. Several helpers then waited on the diner, doling out different dishes and refilling as they got over in the plate. But now in the fast-food generation, you get a ready-to-go meal in no time.

·      CHILI POTATO: Chilli potato is most famous and most lip-smacking fast food item that every Indian like eating. The taste of chili potato, it’s tangy and chili taste is loved by every Indian. As everyone knows that we like food which has a lot of spices in it, and if we get such a delicious fast food then how can someone deny tasting this chili potato. The crunchiness of chili potato and a garnish of spring onion with lots of fried onions leaves a wonderful remark on the eater’s tongue.  If one wants to eat the chili potato. He or she can look for any roadside stall (also known as “Thela” in Hindi) and he or she can enjoy the fast food at just 50 rupees (or less than 1 United States dollar).

  •          KATHI ROLL: Kathi Roll is also one of the most famous fast food you can find in every corner of India. Kathi rolls have gained its popularity in such a less interval of time. Kathi Roll comes in various kinds of taste, flavors, fillings, and varieties. Some different varieties of Kathi rolls are:

  2. Chicken Roll
  3. Double Chicken Roll
  4. Paneer Roll
  5. Double Paneer Roll
  6. Egg Roll
  7. Double Egg Roll
  8. Spring Roll
  9. Shawarma Roll

  •          SHAWARMA: "Have you ever tried shawarma? There's shawarma joint about two blocks from here. I don't know what it is, but I wanna try it."
You guys must have listened to this famous dialogue in Avenger (2012) movie where Ironman said this to other Avengers when they are done saving the island of Manhattan and just wanted to take a day off.
Moving on to the topic. Shawarma is a fast food rolled in a very thin bread made-up of all-purpose flour and baked on an extremely hot tawa or a big pan for about 1-2 minutes. It also comes in two different varieties whether it is Veg shawarma or Non-veg shawarma. Veg Shawarma is made of many different things also such as cabbage, pulses, paneer, soybeans, etc and it tastes very good when used mayonnaise and schezwan sauce as a dipping sauce.
Whereas, Non-veg Shawarma is made of Chicken chopped into fine pieces and roasting them with vinegar, green chili sauce, and other tangy flavors. It also tastes good when combined with mayonnaise and schezwan sauce as a dipping sauce.

  •          MOMOS: Originated in Tibet spread all across India. This sweet-spicy delicacy has made his place in a favorite Indian snack from all over China. Momos are steamed dumplings stuffed with a lightly spiced vegetable filling, accompanied with fiery-hot red chili-garlic-tomato sauce. From my thinking, nowadays momos are the only snack in India which costs only a few cents or (10 rupees) where you can buy 6 dumplings and enjoy them. If you ever visit India, there are so many famous places where you can try different kinds of momos such as fried momos, chocolate momos, tandoori momos, etc.

  •          CHICKEN LOLLIPOP:  Chicken lollipop is an hors d'oeuvre popular in Indian Chinese cuisine. Chicken lollipop is, essentially a frenched chicken winglet, wherein the meat is cut loose from the bone end and pushed down creating a lollipop appearance. It is usually served hot with Szechuan sauce.
